Double Bench Himachal Pradesh High Court, has pleased to stay the arrest under the GST subject to joining of Directors in the Investigation on 27.09.2021 in the case of M/s JB Rolling Mills vs Union of India and others and M/s H.M. Steel Ltd. Vs. Union of India and others.
