Anticipatory bail granted in case of  RAMESH MEHAN V/S ASSISTANT DIRECTOR DIRECTORATE OF ENFORCEMENT

Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court has stayed the arrest in case of Ramesh Mehan V/S Assistant Director Directorate of Enforcement on date 28.09.2021 and next date of hearing was 01.10.2021 and on 01.10.2021 the court has granted the anticipatory bail to Mr. Ramesh Mehan.
